2011 Ford F-150I am having trouble with it not shifting gears

I have a 2011 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 engine, automatic transmission, 6 speed
with 2 wheel drive. After starting the truck, and putting it in drive, while driving
on the highway, it won’t shift into the next gear. This doesn’t happen all the
time, but it’s getting worse. What do you think is wrong with the truck?
