Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a blower that works intermittently. When it works I hear what I think may
be the blender door opening or closing then it works. I works on all settings. I
have changed fuses and the resistor but it still acts like this. Any thoughts?

did you check voltage and ground at blower motor when problem is ongoing? According to my wiring diagram, at the blower motor, yellow wire is voltage and violet wire is ground. you can take connector loose, use both ends of test light at those terminals, key on, blower control on, If lite comes on you have voltage and ground good enough for test light, then you may.. have to suspect the blower motor. any motor that uses brushes and the brushes get worn down, the motor may run intermittently? I wouldn't replace anything w/o doing testing. just my opinion.
