won't idle after starting. usually cold engine.

at random it will start but shut right off.  over and
over.  I can press gas immediately after it cranks
and rpm will go up but then dies out even while still
pressing gas pedal.  noticed not reving higher to
warm engine.  when it does start and revs higher
it'll stay running with no problem.
