Check radio power and grounds, if those are good and stable then the radio has an internal problem. Factory radios are not what they use to be any more. Getting one fixed is almost and impossibility, dealerships service either can't get parts or just don't care. If you do indeed have a radio problem then your almost stuck with going aftermarket.

Our 2016 Dodge Caravan had the same problem. After a few days of cutting in and out, the sound quit completely. According to the dealership, the only fix is a replacement, $600 before labour. I’ve looked on YouTube, but there were no fixes. Good luck.

Stay away from the dealership, it they can even get parts they are junk. After two failed stereos from the dealership I highly recommend going aftermarket. That’s is what I have done and have been very surprised at the capabilities of the aftermarket unit.
