Power folding seats

With the power folding seat option, can you also fold the seats manually?  Thanks.

I have a 2006 and the lower part goes foward and back OK but the backs will not unfold. The motor runs but not from the seat wiring. It has a computer module, but do not know if it is a computer problem. It started when the seats were down and I tried to raise them. The larger one quit first and then a few months later the smaller one quit also. I believe carrying heavy items did it.
