low compression

i have a 2010 cobalt 2.2 i got a new water pump
timing chain head and head gasket but im still
getting 60psi on 3 cylinders and 30 on the other
one any suggestions?

Burnt valve,head gasket replacement 101....SEND THE HEAD OUT FOR INSPECTION!!
