Won’t start

I have a 2010 Volvo XC 60. It has always ran well. I
have always taken it in for oil changes. The check
engine light has been coming on  off for about a
year. About a year ago all of the Chargers except for
the USB charger in the console stopped working.
Now a couple days ago it would not start. My
neighbor tried jumpstarting it and it still would not
jump start. Then randomly it started for me when I
walked outside  and tried it again. But the tow truck
driver still came and checked and told me that my
battery was just perfectly fine, he tested it on his
fancy equipment, it was a 2013 battery and the
battery and alternator were fine. It started OK the
rest of the day. Then the next day it started all but
one time, with no intervention but patience. Then
the next day it started all but one time and then that
time the only way it started was WITH a jumpstart.
Then today it wouldn’t start three times and then
the fourth time it did start. I’m confused and I also
don’t have very much money so I need help before I
invest money into fixing it. thank you.

I'm just curious, could it be you are using some bad gas. It took me a few months to figure out my neighborhood gas station was ruining my car with their gas. My check engine light stayed on and no one could figure out why that was.

i have the same problem, first time tow truck drive hit the fuel tank and it fired up. Ran ok for a few days, then same thing. Turned over but would not fire, at one stage the fuel gauge said empty then 1/2 full. The other day some 550Ks from home after driving 100 ks that day filled it up would not start, tried the key in the slot. And about 30 min it all the sudden fired up. drove home with out stopping. today no go.
