red light battery on my odometer

hi just bought used car and while
cleaning i started it and saw a red lights    
of battery,oil and srs.any problem with
the car?what should i do then? thanks

If the lights came on briefly and then went off there is nothing to worry about, it they stayed on then check the oil level and have the battery and alternator tested. The SRS light has to do with the air bags so have the codes read.
