What happens To my grears

My car is a manual 1994 honda
accord and the stick just went all
floppy, it started  out of no where
when I got back in it the other day
after driving down the stree to a
friend go out, when I got back in I
only had a 4th an 5th gear not even a
reverse so obviously it's pretty
unsafe and slow to get going now
