Car shakes when brakes are applied

Question type: General

Front brakes were done in may 2016 new
rotors and pads by December they were
pulsating. Honda said to bring car back
and have them fix it for free an adjustment
is needed. Should I have to pay again for
front brakes

No, you wouldn't pay for any brake parts. But there may be a bad tie rod or ball joint, a worn front end part causing this. These things are not checked when doing a brake job. If the cause of the pulsating is from the ABS control unit, then you would have to pay for that.
