2000 Honda Odyssey radio not working. fuses are good. help?

Currently my 2000 Honda Odyssey radio only works when I start the car, pull the fuse out
for the radio and then put it back in and then enter the radio code. When I turn the car off
and back on, the radio stops working. Any suggestions to fix this?

Okay. How would I test that? The interior lights and everything else work, jus not the radio. Do you think that the KAM fuse needs to be replaced?
