Redid time now it won't start

Did timing tired to start it. Was turning completely
over now it's make a dut like sound an won't turn at
all can't turn my cams 10 degrees either way help
please

Sounds like you timed it wrong or the belt tensioner broke and a piston smacked a valve

Maybe try to put a breaker bar on the crank pulley and manually turn to see if it's seized or if there's a problem with the starter
