I have a 1998 Ford Mustang.  I was riding today
and my check engine light start blinking. I had an
oil change done. They said coolant and oil level is
fine. It is now blowing white smoke someone
please help

The blinking light means a trouble code (s) is pending. The white smoke means you may have a leaking head gasket.

You can still burn coolant and not have it mix with the oil. Have the car scanned for the fault codes and have the cylinders pressure tested to determine if there is a head gasket issue.

could be the head gasket or a hairline crack in the headers
