5th gear? Is it a stick? If not it only has 4 gears. Check your transmission fluid level.

Yes is stick shift. But is lacking on power when I hit the pedal to the floor or even half way it seems like the truck is not getting the right amount of gas or???

Do you have any check engine lights on? It could be any number of problems from, a bad clutch, bad u-joints, hung up brakes, plugged fuel filter, bad fuel pressure regulator, plugged catalytic converter. you need more info on what it's doing.

Well there we go. The clutch might not be adjusted correctly and you have an abs light on maybe something is hung up or nor releasing.
