Won't shift from 2nd to 3rd gear

Asked by Kindra Dec 02, 2018 at 05:31 AM about the 1994 GMC Sierra 2500 2 Dr C2500 SL Standard Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When driving & once it's in closed loop it won't shift
from 2nd to 3rd gear.
Already replaced tps,vss.
Anyone know what I should check next?

Replaced pcm, trying to get it start now so I could test it. Vss is new but haven't checks shift solenoid.
