97 gmc sierra 1500 5.7liter rough idle and wants to die in gear and runs rich

Could this be my fuel pump

No not a bad fuel pump,but more than likely bad fuel injector,s.

Would that cause it to not have power to even move have to feather it to move it around

One bad injector will flood the engine.
