The oil pressure sounds ok. You may need a oil filter and oil change, along with changing out the oil pressure sending unit.

Thank also my pcv is not in head cover coming out there's a connection tube hook up to a small filter? I bought pcv value for it but it was to big for hole and the tubing is missing that hooks up to pcv and one coming out of master thing that you hook up to do you know what that is called ?? Because I took it to AutoZone they just looked and walked away

Go to another parts store, Get the right pcv and hose for it and install it.

That's the only one around in 100 miles I live out in country away from everything! Just found out on google it's a two piece hook up
