no power not starting

I have a GMC Jimmy 2000 I replace the battery and none of the lights
on the inside of the car will come on and it won't start or click over
what is the problem

The problem is that 21st Century cars are designed to make owner maintenance impossible-

Starting not engaging.check all wires.run your hand all the way down on wire every ware no. juice no nothing.

I have a 2001 gmc Jimmy 4.3l I removed dash to replace heater core and now I made sure I dad everything hooked back up properly and now I have now power except flashers are only thing that works iv gone everything again I can't find the problem.
