99 Ford crown Vic

Had transmission put in connected battery by mistake and starter was
disconnected now car won't start please and help it completely dead....

Make sure the battery is fully charged and connected correctly, then you will have to run the disarm procedure listed in the owners manual. After that is done then see if it will turn over.

Also I found a 150 relay under rug with burnt spot no power fuse box in car turn key total dead
