HI MY FORD BUNTAM CVH ENGINE STARTS BUT DOES NOT IDLE and
WHEN I REV IT THE IS A FLAME COMIN OUT OF THE CARBURATOR

Perform a compression test on each cylinder. Them a cylinder leakage test per cylinder. This could be a burnt inlet valve.
