After replacing the distrubitor cables and cleaning
all the spark plugs the enjin won't turn over or start

Is this the CVH or the Kent engine ? Check the condition of the battery and battery cables. Check the solenoid switch and the wires going to the solenoid switch. Check the fuses and the relays.
