Won't start only clunk unstuck using flywheel and oil now what

2000 Ford Windstar minivan 3.8 oil was lower then I
realized got home turn off van next morning nothing just a
clunk put in luccus and oil let sit over night til next evening
engine moved full turns out some more it moved  took out
spark plugs tryed to start and now it's turning over but still
won't start help ...
