Stalling in reverse

Asked by Feb 09, 2019 at 01:42 PM about the 2000 Ford Mustang

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For over a week now almost every time I
back up the car sputters. Two days ago after
using the car for work,  I put in reverse and
began to back up when it stalled. I was able
to put back in park and restart and drove
home. What would be the cause?

1 Answer

That could be it has a transmission or engine ECU problem
