Skipping Intepid,,,????? !!!!!!

My 1995 Intrepid is skipping and flooding.
The scan said NO#1 injector malfunction.
This had been replaced as well as plugs wires sensors.
Looking for broken or shorted wire but cannot find any.
Car has been in garage for over a week.
Changed fuel regulator at 1st and car worked fine for a day then started skipping and flooding again.
Changed computer also,,nothing works..
What is causing the skip???

On that injector pull the plug off and check for the little rubber isolater usually orange in color, Ive seen that cause problems on the intrepid before.
