2001 dodge neon timing belt broke replaced belt #1 cylinder 50 psi other cylinders 0 could i have timing off or bent valves

do i need to take head off or realign timing

Bent valves, the head has to come off and get checked, it is good then the valves, the valve guides if needed and the guide seals replaced. The have it checked for how flat it is, if not with in specs have it milled then you can go back together.
