You can but you will regret it. That is way too much tire for the front and rear suspension to perform as designed, you will have severe clearance issues up front. Try a P255-50ZR20 and live happily ever after, you will get contemporary looks and improved handling in a size that your suspension and brake system can handle without modifications.

No. I am saying you have more to lose than gain. Unless you are intending to do some rock climbing, which would require modifications to the Durango you will soon discover the adverse differences in ride comfort and handling. Larger wheels and tires require larger and better brakes, an area often overlooked when people install large (oversized) wheels and tires on an otherwise stock vehicle's susoension. Chrysler engineered a margin of safety (Plus1 and Plus2 upgrades) into your vehicle's suspension. It is my humble opinion that 24's exceed that margin significantly.
