Passenger side Seat belt on a 95 GMC Sierra Wont work. It is locked and can't get it to work.

We can't get it far enough to latch.  It goes about 2 inches and then locks.  Any ideas

Those retractiors are notorious for doing that. You will probably be best off just buying a new one. Or, you can take it apart and see what you can see, or try pulling very slowly on it first. And /or spray a little WD40 up in there
