I have a 1989 silverado1500, passegerside eats
my. Brake pads, relaced rotor and caliper twice,
blows piston out only on ine side
Sounds like there's a problem on the driver's side brake line or caliper. This will cause all the pressure and braking power in the front to go to the passenger's side. HTH. -Jim
Drivers side slow to wear, passenger side eat a pad up in short period, should i replace caliper hose
I would. But first, I'd try to find out if there's a blockage. It could just be the rubber hose has collapsed on the inside. HTH. ,-Jim
Thanks, I'll try replacing the hoses on both sides,
You're welcome. Glad to help. -Jim
