instrument cluster flashes, gauges flutter

2006 Grand Caravan instrument cluster flashes, gauges flutter when I first start van in the morning & for first 5 min. of driving.  Then all is OK.  Start van up after 8 hours at work & works fine.  ONLY first 5 min. of driving of the day. Help appreciated

Sounds like a connection or wiring issue with the BCM circuits or even the BCM itself. You my need your favorite shop to help on this one.
