ignition coil

Asked by GuruHF5WZ Aug 07, 2019 at 07:25 AM about the 2001 Ford Explorer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck won't start unless I hit the coil
pack. I don't know if it's the coil or
something I'm jaring when I hit it. I also
noticed that the bolts are missing at the
bottom of the mounting brackets that
secure it to the block. Could that have
something to do with it.

1 Answer

The bracket may be the ground it needs
