rebuild 350 chevy eng in 1972 chevy c10

i rebuilt a 350 eng it runs too lazy when driving the truck it
feels like it has little power i have a 400 t transmission with
posee track 308 gears. the eng is bored out 40 over

Who did the rebuild design or is it 100% stock with the exception of .040 overbore? If its entirely stock it just needs to be tuned correctly.
