It will physically fit, but there may be differences in electronic sensors that need to be swapped. Also the Lincoln transmission will not work in your P71 Interceptor as the 2007 models were more computer controlled than the 2001 models.

Don’t even try it you’ll just waste money and effort.

Uh I dont think so because there is no such thing as a 2007 Lincoln Continental.
