Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced hub bearings on my 2008 4x4 but my
problem is in differential can I pull axles but leave
short yokes on and drive it

Not recommended by Dodge of course, but I have a customer that hauls a 5th wheel and his front shafts are out.
