I keep blowing out front axles

Asked by Movo Apr 25, 2017 at 09:40 PM about the 2001 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD

Bought this car used, right axle was popped out, replaced it, has popped out 3 times. It had a lift kit on it when I bought it, and am wondering if it takes longer axles. When I look at the axle itself, it isnt going deep enough in the cup-

Maybe too much lift? I bet if you lowered it back to stock or near stock the problem would go away.
