On my 94 deville it is located under the drivers rear door, sometimes there is a plate hiding it. Hope this helps you out.
FILTER IS ACK BY DRIVERS SIDE REAR TIRE.BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TAKE IT OFF GAS WILL SPRAY ALL OVER THE PLACE HAVE RAG READY.ITS UNDER PRESSURE I GUESS..GOOD LUCK IT RUNS ALONG BRAKE LINES TOWARDS BACK
