REAR LICENSE PLACE LIGHT IS NOT ELUMINATING. HOW CAN THAT BE FIXED?

There is on separate fuse for the plate light. It gets power from the running lights.

Also check the ground that you may have lost due to rust around the bulb fixture

Hi I have a 2002 Caddy Deville my left license plate or reverse light is out. How do I get access to the bulb to change it ? Appreciate your help ! Thanks Mike
