I can't understand why my cadi won't turn over, wont crank

I turn the key on , starter begins
clicking rapidly, doesn't turn over . Any
ideas? I'm using a valet key

The battery is nearly dead. Try a jump start.

Rapid clicking is a symptom of low voltage. Could be a bad battery, poor power or grounding cable connections.
