2002 Cadillac Deville Security Light on car will not start

This car was bought from auction, no chip key, 4 Days ago security light came on and now the car will not crank, gas & temp readings not working, A/C not blowing cold now like the compressor will not cut on, most electronics (seat, etc.) are not working properly, car cranked once this morning was moved and shut off now nothing happens when you turn the key; can this be reset?

You should check the grounds. Especially ground from body to motor. Common problem with car.
