1989 mercury grand marquis replaced break light switch and fuse are all good but no break lights what am i missing?

replaced break light switch and fuse is good but no break lights

Maybe put some new bulbs in? If you have done that then you need a test light and start tracing from the bulb socket on back to find where the power ends. Maybe it just needs new bulb sockets, just need to start testing.
