2003 ford winstar

lost my only key. Had key cut to unlock doors. The spare key will work in
ignigtion turn all the way but wont start because of the anti theft. Wondering
what my options are thanks

You must have a dealer or certified lock smith reprogram a new key for you, don't try to crank the car anymore than once, if you try a second time the immobilizer will activate and you will have to spend more money at dealer to get that reprogrammed also.
