My car has every mechanic stumped!!!

I'll start off by saying everything is new in my car. It
has been to 3 different mechanics. It will shut off
after driving it (long or short periods) and won't
start for at least 45 mins. They've run tests and
can't find anything wrong. The electric still comes
up when I turn the key.

I had the same trouble years ago that no one could figure out.. I figure it and found my fuel pump was not putting out enough pressure all the time.
