How to replace a bulb for the headlights on 2004 Ford Focus

Should be fairly easy. Turn the socket to get it out of the headlamp assembly and pull the bulb out. Be careful not to touch the new bulb on the glass as your fingertip oils will shorten the life of halogen bulbs.

Yeah, if you can get at it first! There are clips & bolts that need to be removed first, & to get at one of them it seems you have to crawl under the car & remove a plate attached to the front bumper!! If there is an easier way, I'd love to know! I don't really want to take it to the dealer or a mechanic to perform what should be a "fairly easy" prcedure
