Autozone recommends replacement at 60,000 miles in extreme temperature conditions but suggest inspection every 105,000 miles or 84 months. Being an interference engine, if it fails it could cause major damage. You could go ahead and change it just to be safe.

They told me the same thing 75k miles. I had mine changed at 109k miles. And buy waiting, I rec'd a coupon in the mail for a special deal on the service, $649. Much better than the $1100 that they initially quoted me.
