How can I put the column shifter in neutral on my 2005 Taurus without the key?

I can't find the key and need to push the car out of the way.

For my bmw, when I take off the cover on the shifter there’s a hook under it that can be realeased to let the car shift to neutral without a key

You wouldn’t be able turn the steering wheel though
