92 Lumina 3.1 won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 92 Lumina 3.1L that is getting good
fuel pressure to the rail and fire to the plugs
but won't start...it acts like it wants to but
just won't quite do it. Anybody have any
ideas why this car won't start?

If it does it when it's damp out check the spark plug wires above the boots to see if their arching.If so use a hair drier on them and WD40 then go get some new wires.
