I have gas in the oil pan and in the motor

You have made a statement, but have not asked a question. The presence of gas in the oil pan is NOT GOOD! You are obviously experiencing a major problem that needs to be solved, or risk the loss of the engine. For raw gas to get into the oil pan, it has to be getting by the piston rings. That could be caused by a faulty fuel pump too. That is where I would check first.

most likely an injector sticking on spraying fuel even after engine is turned off

could be a faulty fuel pressure regualtor.is it also coming out the exhaust? how many miles on this car?
