I was contacted right away. Only I can say that their email page came up with a big LOGO at the top ( the image was distorted, vertically stretched) so I have to scrolled down to read the notes ...maybe you can take a look on it ...to improve your presentation ...

Learned for the first time that used car dealers do not complete full detailing and reconditioning until they have a new buyer confirmed. No Service records in detail from previous owners, but dealer's diagnosed/reconditioned points information will be very helpful for buyers to predict potential car service soon. Sales rep does good job.

We purchased the vehicle that we found through CarGuru. The staff at JP Motors were great. They were personable and were not "pushing" a sale. We were very pleased with the price, and the car was mint when we picked it up. I would recommend JP Motors to anyone looking for a new ride.

The dealer did not contact me at first on a 350 z , the car sat for a number of weeks on their lot.....After a few months , they dropped the price of the car , and I inquired , a very friendly lady responded back to me to tell me the car had sold.

Their listed vehicle was over priced by $1500, as per CarGuru's market analysis, and the dealer would not consider accepting a lower offer. They felt the vehicle was priced fairly.

The dealer did contact me however I was a bit thrown off because when the email came through outlook flagged it as a "fraudulent" message and that the person may not be who they say they are.

Car was not in great shape. When we pointed out things we would want fixed we were told that we could buy the car and then a write up would be made stating what we would like fixed. It may or may not be fixed but we would still buy the car at listed price. Price would not be adjusted at all!

the salesmen was good. Couple of things I didn't like about dealer, after purchasing car it took a week to get it ready for me. Also the dealer would not negotiate on price. I found a few things wrong with the car, the rear window spray was not working to clean window, there was an after market radio installed so the steering wheel controls did not work and there was a loud buzzing noise from one of the rear speakers. Even though this was not much they would not fix anything or come down on price to help out. Overall the experience was good, just wish the salesman had more freedom to deal and get things fixed.

Rob at JP was great. He had the car warmed up and was ready for our visit. He was informative and helpful, not salesman pushy. He worked to meet our tiggt schedule. We would have bought his Q5 if only it had a sunroof.
