Have you done voltage tests at all power points and grounds needed for the starter to run?

YOU replaced all those items or did a " mechanic " do the work ? A multi meter is useful for electrical problems and could have saved you time and money

Something's blocking electrical current from reaching the starter solenoid. Broken battery cable or negative cable detached or corroded at the block? Blown starter fuse? Broken wiring to the starter switch? Start at the solenoid with a multi-meter and check current along the lines until you find a reading... Bingo!

Why didn't you check those things before buying parts you didn't need ? Is there a relay ?
