Ignition Cylinder replacement cause heated seat failure?

Asked by Vicktoria Dec 27, 2017 at 03:38 PM about the 2004 Saturn VUE V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my ignition cylinder replaced due to an old recall. Prior to the service call my heated seats worked fine.  When I got the car back, neither seat worked.  Is this a coincidence or did the service cause the issue?

If a dealer did the recall work, take it back to them with the seat issue, it's their job to make everything right.

Thanks. I checked the fuses and both are fine. So, I have to take the car back into the dealership tomorrow and convince them it is their fault. Thanks again.
