I have a 2004 Saturn L300. I have two questions...my first question is why does the car make like a computer game noise after I turn the car off, take the key out of the ignition and open the door?

It could be the "headlights on" warning.

I hope you still get answers from here. I think it's your security system, built in by the mfg. Check the dash, right behind the sterring wheel and see if you spot 2 lock pics overlapping each other.
